Last week I listed an entry level condo in a waterfront community, and needed extra photos of the pool and common areas.
My assistant hadn't seen the property in a while, so we took the short drive to the shore of the Reservoir.
Since I lived in the complex a few years ago, I wondered if she would remember it.
As we got closer, she commented that she "kind of" remembered it. Considering she would have been three years old at the time, that was pretty impressive.
She wanted to take some photos, and took this one of me...
We found this cluster of wildflowers on the water's edge.
And this is the "money shot".
My assistant isn't usually with me (granddaughter, in case you're wondering), but I'm glad we spent a little time together this beautiful afternoon to reminisce about days gone by.
