Hidden Hills Subdivision in Brandon

Hidden Hills, a friendly residential community in northwest Rankin County, is a desirable homebuyer destination. The neighborhood homeowners association offers amenities such as a walking trail, swimming pool and clubhouse, manicured common areas, and plenty of green spaces.

 

Quality new construction homes are for sale, as well as resale properties. At the time of this article (Summer 2015) approximately 25 new and existing homes are for sale.  New home prices begin around $250,000, and the minimum square footage is 1800.

Its close proximity to Northwest Rankin School District, shopping, which includes Dogwood Market Festival, neighborhood churches, as well as a convenient commute make Hidden Hills a popular home choice. Ross Barnett Reservoir, a 33,000 acre man-made lake, is a stone's throw away, as is the Reservoir Community Center.

 

If you purchase a home in Hidden Hills, the local elementary school is Highland Bluff. Northwest Rankin Middle School and Northwest Rankin High School serve grades 7-12.
