Today I toured the new construction properties being built in Rankin County's Farmington Station. Although the September weather is still rather warm in central MS, it was worthwhile to see the quality of construction evident in these new homes.
Ranging in price from the mid $150s to the $180s, Farmington Station offers quality AND affordability. The builders offer an array of features, from granite tile counter tops, custom cabinets, and built-in storage to a fully sodded yard, to a whirlpool tub with separate shower. *DISCLAIMER: All features may not be standard, depending on the builder.
Most of the homes are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, with double garages (3/2/2), and range in size from 1300-1600 square feet, heated & cooled.
There are multiple homebuilders constructing homes in Farmington Station. In addition to new construction, there are several resale properties available within the same price range.
