Kensington Subdivision ~ Brandon MS 39047

One of Brandon's newest neighborhoods at the reservoir is Kensington Subdivision, located off Marshall Road in Northwest Rankin County. Kensington is convenient to retail shopping at Dogwood Festival and Promenade. Area schools and churches are nearby, as are restaurants and recreational activities.

Kensingtons' first phase is well underway, with homes starting in the mid $290s. The square foot minimum is 2000 sq. ft.
