Avalon Subdivision is situated between Old Fannin Road and Hugh Ward Parkway in Brandon. The main entrance on Old Fannin Road is just outside Flowood city limits in Brandon's 39047. The prime location is convenient to restaurants, shopping, medical facilities and recreation. Avalon got its start in the late 1990s and the neighborhood has prospered, today it's home to 400 households.
Avalon has wonderful amenities for residents to enjoy. In addition to the neighborhood pool and playground, the clubhouse is available for residents to use for private events. The Ross Barnett Reservoir is within 10 minutes of the neighborhood, along with picnic areas, playgrounds, dog parks, and all kinds of water sports.
School aged kids in Avalon will attend Highland Bluff Elementary (K-6th), Northwest Rankin Middle (7th & 8th), and NW Rankin High School (9-12). COVENANTS AND HOA INFORMATION:
