Welcome to 2009! I've been remiss in posting the last couple of weeks, having made it through the Christmas rush, dashing here, there, and everywhere, visiting friends and family while still showing numerous homes to first time buyers and preparing new homes for sale here in central Mississippi.
In my market, I've experienced a modest increase in the volume of business (busy-ness), which is a good thing. Between Christmas and New Year's, at least three clients have contacted me about selling their properties. All are vacant and I've been scurrying around taking photos, posting signs, getting signatures, etc, all the while donning my umbrella and raincoat as I scamper about.
Being busy breeds more business, so I am happy to have started the New Year with an optimistic outlook and a flurry of activity. Give me 51 more weeks like this and I'll be a very happy camper!
